American YouTuber, pianist, and composer Nahre Sol composed a series of variations on the iconic iPhone ringtone for string quartet. The idea emerged when she imagined how great classical composers might have reinterpreted this well-known melody. The Ensemble Resonanz brought these variations to life in performance.
Sol completed the project last year during her artistic residency at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg.
